Take it to the next level with motion, effects, generators, and colour correction. Get a grasp on screen resolutions and importing and manipulating photos as well as exporting as it ties into the whole PAL / NTSC conversion thing. Learn about preparing things for the web (and podcasting) and DVD and maybe a little bit about DVD Studio Pro.
