Struts Gallery is a non profit artist-run centre located in Sackville, New Brunswick. The Centre is run by practising artists for the purpose of presenting contemporary artist initiated activities and to promote an awareness of the work of local, regional and national contemporary artists.

The artist and the artist's initiative are essential to the role and nature of Struts and we continue to emphasise this as a primary commitment through our programme. We offer a venue to the community for the unique opportunities which such active artist participation creates.

Programming
Activities include expositions, performances, publications, demonstrations, workshops, symposia, residencies, readings, screenings etc.

Facilities
Our Lorne Street location includes a gallery, a multi-use exposition, performance and presentation space, a small gallery for expositions and media arts presentations and an artist-in-residence studio. Struts maintains a resource centre for disseminating topics, issues, debates . . . arising from contemporary artistic practices and presentations.

Resources
The centre contains documentation of past programming, a collection of contemporary art publications and makes submissions, grant and employment information available. All members receive our monthly newsletter and advance notice of all expositions and activities. Members also receive discounts at selected businesses in Sackville and selected gallery publications for free.

Participation
Full members are eligible to participate as elected board members and on the various committees of Struts.

Faucet Media Arts Centre is a production and presentation centre for the media arts. Located in Sackville, New Brunswick, Faucet is dedicated to enhancing the media arts in New Brunswick through workshops, screenings, exhibitions and affordable access to production equipment. Facilties and equipment are available to members and visiting artists for film, video, audio and new media production and presentation. Faucet is a member driven production facility developed by Struts Gallery, an artist run centre, and a member of the Independent Media Arts Alliance.

Membership provides you training and access to equipment, a video library and resource centre, discounts on workshops, and a subscription to the Faucet e-newsletter of events and media art activities.

EQUIPMENT LIST & RENTAL RATES
Members who have successfully completed an introductory workshop can rent Faucet equipment for production, editing, duplication and presentation.
