Here is how the on-line bidding works:
1. The works are shown in the order they were received from the artists. Please browse through them. Check often as new works arrive regularly.
2. Click the "Bid" button on the artist's page under the work you would like to bid on. Fill out the form with your bid and hit 'submit'. (please note, this requires javascript, which is sometimes disabled in browsers. If you are having problems bidding, please contact us)
3. We will execute your bid at the auction and notify you by e-mail on Friday, February 15 as to the outcome.
4. Upon receipt of payment, we will ship the work to you.
5. Sorry. We are only able to accept checks. No credit cards!
6. And enjoy your new art work for many years to come!
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT ONLINE BIDDING!!!
Live onling bidding -- updated continuously -- will end on Thursday, February 14th at 5:00pm AST(Atlantic Standard Time). Our technology is just not yet sophisticated enough at this time to keep it going simultaneously through the auction at the Owens.
However, between 5:00 and 7:30 pm we can accept a MAXIMUM bid you would like to make on an artwork. You can e-mail us you maximum bid or use the online bidding form; everything received after 5:00pm will be considered a maximum bid. Our staff will execute that bid on your behalf during the course of The Sweetest Little Thing and obtain the work if possible at the lowest possible amount up to your maximum.
Please, if you have any questions or concerns, contact us. We want to make The Sweetest Little Thing a happy event for everyone!
This is the official notice that LIVE online bidding is now CLOSED!
The high bids will no longer be updated on the website. If you would still like to submit a MAXIMUM bid until 7pm to be executed during the evening by a proxy bidder, you can: e-mail us you maximum bid or use the online bidding form
ALL BIDS TAKEN NOW WILL BE CONSIDERED A MAXIMUM BID!!
Thank you to everyone who took part! Hope to see you all at the Owens tonight!
Good Luck!
