Art, mind, feelings, and emotions are intricately connected. In our Art for Wellness workshop, you are invited to embark on a transformative journey of relaxation, mindfulness, and self-discovery.

The goal of this workshop is to focus on the process, the process of sensory experience of looking, touching, feeling, smelling the concrete objects, the process of creation, the process of looking at our artistic creation and reflecting on it in the context of our life.

Often in our crazy busy life we forget to stop and smell the roses, as they say. Stop for a while, take in this workshop, and immerse yourself in a sensory rich experience. Using concrete materials from nature around us, drawing, painting, reflection, and writing, connect more deeply with the natural world surrounding you and your inner self.

About the artist
